These Specific Terms of Use ("STU") regulate communications through the Telegram application between KM&N Media LLP ("RememBro"), the entity responsible for managing the website https://remembro.ai (hereinafter, the "Website"), and the user.

KM&N Media LLP exercises no control over Telegram and assumes no responsibility for Telegram's services, policies, or practices.

Our Telegram Bot

RememBro provides its services primarily through the Telegram bot @remembro_ai_bot. This bot serves as your AI-powered personal assistant, allowing you to:

  • Create and manage reminders
  • Save notes and ideas
  • Track tasks and goals
  • Send voice notes for transcription and processing
  • Schedule events and appointments
  • Receive timely notifications

Communication Channel

The Telegram bot is the primary communication channel for RememBro services. However, it does not replace other customer service channels, which include:

KM&N Media LLP reserves the right to cancel or modify this communication channel or block access for Users who fail to comply with these STU.

Acceptance of Terms

Reading these STU is a prior and necessary condition for using the Telegram bot and implies the full and unreserved acceptance of all provisions contained herein, which are published on the Website. If you do not agree with these conditions, please refrain from using the Telegram bot and contact us through other available channels.

  • AI responses are generated automatically and may not always be perfect

User Responsibilities

  • Not attempt to abuse, hack, or manipulate the bot
  • Not use the service for spam or unauthorized commercial purposes
  • Not share your account access with others

Limitation of Liability

KM&N Media LLP shall not be liable for any interruptions, delays, or errors in the Telegram bot service caused by Telegram's infrastructure, network issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We recommend not relying solely on the bot for critical reminders and maintaining backup systems for important events.
